Peer Review Policy

The journal implements a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, academic integrity, and scholarly relevance of all published manuscripts. In this process, the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review procedure to maintain objectivity, fairness, and impartial evaluation.

Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening conducted by the Editorial Board to assess its suitability with the journal’s focus and scope, adherence to submission guidelines, academic writing standards, and compliance with publication ethics. Manuscripts that pass the preliminary assessment are then forwarded to a minimum of three independent expert reviewers who possess relevant expertise in the manuscript’s subject area.

The reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on several criteria, including:

  • Originality and novelty of the research

  • Relevance to the journal’s scope and scholarly contribution

  • Theoretical and methodological rigor

  • Clarity of analysis and argumentation

  • Validity of data and interpretation

  • Quality of references and academic writing

  • Ethical compliance and research integrity

Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the Editorial Board may decide one of the following outcomes:

  1. Accept without revision

  2. Accept with minor revisions

  3. Accept with major revisions

  4. Reject the manuscript

Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ comments and submit a detailed response to the review feedback. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for further evaluation when necessary.

The journal is committed to maintaining a transparent, ethical, and timely review process in accordance with international publication standards and best practices in scholarly publishing. All reviewers are expected to conduct reviews objectively, maintain confidentiality, disclose potential conflicts of interest, and provide constructive feedback that supports academic development and research excellence.
