Author Guidelines

This journal provides the following guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and ethical integrity of all submitted manuscripts. Authors are required to carefully follow these instructions before submission. Manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned for revision or rejected without review.

1. Scope and Focus

The journal accepts original research articles, review articles, and scholarly studies that fall within the journal’s scope. Submissions must be:

  • Original and not under consideration elsewhere

  • Relevant to the journal’s academic field

  • Contributing to theoretical, empirical, or practical development of the discipline

2. Types of Manuscripts

The journal accepts the following manuscript types:

  • Research Articles: Full empirical or theoretical studies

  • Review Articles: Critical literature reviews and synthesis of existing research

  • Case Studies: In-depth analysis of specific cases

  • Short Communications: Brief reports of significant findings

3. Language

Manuscripts must be written in:

  • Clear and academic English or Indonesian

  • Free from grammatical errors and ambiguous expressions

  • Consistent terminology throughout the manuscript

Professional language editing is strongly recommended before submission.

4. General Manuscript Format

Manuscripts should be prepared using the following structure:

4.1 Title

  • Concise and informative

  • Maximum 15–20 words

  • Avoid abbreviations where possible

4.2 Author Information

  • Full name(s) of all authors

  • Institutional affiliation(s)

  • Email address of corresponding author

  • ORCID ID (recommended)

4.3 Abstract

  • 150–250 words

  • Structured or unstructured (depending on journal style)

  • Must include: purpose, methods, results, and conclusion

  • No citations in abstract

4.4 Keywords

  • 3–6 keywords

  • Separated by semicolons or commas

  • Should reflect main topics of the manuscript

5. Main Structure of Manuscript

5.1 Introduction

  • Background of the study

  • Research problem and gap analysis

  • Objectives and significance of the study

  • Literature support (brief and relevant)

5.2 Methodology

  • Research design and approach

  • Data collection methods

  • Population and sample (if applicable)

  • Analytical techniques

  • Ethical considerations (if applicable)

5.3 Results and Discussion

  • Clear presentation of findings

  • Use of tables, figures, or charts where necessary

  • Interpretation of results

  • Comparison with previous studies

5.4 Conclusion

  • Summary of key findings

  • Implications of the study

  • Limitations and suggestions for future research

6. Formatting Requirements

  • Manuscript length: 6,000–15,000 words 

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt

  • Line spacing: 1.5

  • Margins: standard (2.5 cm all sides)

  • Page numbers must be included

  • Tables and figures must be numbered and titled

7. References and Citation Style

  • All references must follow a consistent citation style (e.g., APA style recommended)

  • Minimum 15–30 references (depending on article type)

  • At least 70% of references should be from recent (last 5–10 years) scholarly sources

  • Authors must ensure accuracy of all citations

  • Use reference management tools (Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote) is encouraged

8. Figures and Tables

  • Must be clear, high resolution, and properly labeled

  • Titles placed above tables and below figures

  • Sources must be indicated if not original

  • Must be cited in the text

9. Ethical Requirements

All manuscripts must comply with Publication Ethics, including:

  • No plagiarism or duplicate submission

  • Proper authorship attribution

  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest

  • Ethical approval for human/animal research when applicable

10. Use of Generative AI

Authors must comply with the journal’s AI policy:

  • AI tools may only be used for language editing or formatting

  • AI must not be used to generate research findings or conclusions

  • All AI usage must be disclosed in the manuscript

  • Authors remain fully responsible for all content

11. Submission Requirements

Authors must submit:

  • Manuscript file (Word format preferred)

  • Title page (in separate file)

  • Figures and tables (in separate files)

  • Author declaration form

All submissions must be made through the journal’s official submission system.

12. Peer Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process

  • Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution

  • Editorial decision may be: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject

  • Final decision rests with the editorial board

13. Publication Ethics Compliance

Authors must ensure adherence to:

  • Originality and plagiarism rules

  • Ethical research conduct

  • Transparent data reporting

  • Proper citation practices

The journal reserves the right to reject or retract manuscripts that violate ethical standards.

14. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Upon acceptance, authors are required to pay APC:

  • Indonesia: Rp 3.000.000

  • Non-Indonesia: USD 500

15. Copyright and Licensing

All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons, allowing sharing and adaptation with proper attribution to the authors and source.
