Publication Frequency

Journal of Indigenous Knowledge and Education in Indonesia is published quarterly, with four regular issues released each year in March, June, September, and December. The journal consistently maintains its publication schedule to ensure the timely dissemination of high-quality scholarly research in the critical and interdisciplinary perspectives on how indigenous knowledge, local wisdom, traditional ecological knowledge, and cultural heritage contribute to educational innovation, social inclusion, environmental sustainability, and the empowerment of indigenous communities.

In addition to regular issues, the journal may also publish Special Issues dedicated to emerging themes, contemporary debates, international conferences, or specific topics of significant academic and policy relevance. Special Issues are managed under the same rigorous editorial and peer-review standards as regular publications to ensure academic quality, integrity, and scholarly contribution.
